Series Z2H

Z2H Series are high-performance, digital push-pull gauges that measure both tension and compression forces. The gauges have high/low setpoints to indicate measurements within a programmed range and facilitate Go/NoGo testing using color-coded LEDs.

Display applied force in real time or just capture the peak force. Lbf, kgf and Newton units are selectable. Store values in the 1,000 data onboard memory and download using the serial port or collect a continuous stream of data with optional data acquisition software and generate a force profile.

Digital Push Pull gauges test tension and compression forces required to measure strength, assemble components, test component functionality and quality.

Quality testing push and pull forces that components and assemblies are subjected to during manufacture and operation determines optimal force values. Optimal values minimize rejects and insure longer service life.
